Meet the Visionary Behind A Rae of Light

After graduating from UAB, Raven worked in various management roles before officially launching A Rae of Light. Her passion for events started long before her professional career—she planned her very first event in the 8th grade and was even featured in the local newspaper for it. From that moment on, she knew she had a gift.

Raven has always loved designing and planning unforgettable experiences, and over the years, that passion evolved into her true calling—not just a job. She has planned countless events for family, friends, and clients, and even designed and planned her own wedding. She approaches every celebration as if it were her own, ensuring each client leaves thrilled while their guests rave about the experience.

Known for her keen eye for detail and her dedication to creating meaningful moments, Raven strives to leave a lasting impression on everyone she works with. She often says, “There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client’s face light up when they walk into their space.”
